Booking & Reservations

How much time do I need for a layover tour?

We recommend a minimum of 6 hours between flights for our express tours, and 8+ hours for our premium experiences. This allows enough time for immigration, transportation to/from the city, the tour itself, and returning to the airport with plenty of time for your connecting flight.

What happens if my flight is delayed and I miss my tour?

If your incoming flight is delayed and you can no longer make the scheduled tour, we offer a 100% refund or the option to reschedule for another layover. We monitor all flight statuses and will contact you if we notice any changes that might affect your tour.

Do I need a visa for a layover tour?

Visa requirements vary by country and your nationality. Many countries offer transit visa exemptions for short stays (typically 24-72 hours). We provide visa guidance during booking, but it's ultimately your responsibility to ensure you have the proper documentation.

Logistics & Planning

What happens to my luggage during the tour?

For most layovers, we recommend checking your luggage through to your final destination. For carry-on items, we offer secure luggage storage at the airport or can accommodate small bags during the tour. Some airports also offer their own luggage storage services.

How do you ensure I won't miss my connecting flight?

We build in generous buffer times for all tours and track your flight status in real-time. Our guides are in constant communication with our operations team, and we'll adjust the tour as needed to ensure you're back at the airport with plenty of time (typically 2-3 hours before an international flight).

Can you customize a tour for my specific interests?

Absolutely! While we offer standard packages, we're happy to customize your experience based on your interests, whether that's architecture, food, shopping, or specific cultural sites. Custom tours are available for an additional fee.

Tour Experience

What's your cancellation policy?

We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled tour. For cancellations within 48 hours, we charge a 50% fee. However, if your cancellation is due to flight changes or delays, we offer a 100% refund regardless of timing.

How many people will be on my tour?

Our standard tours are small-group experiences with a maximum of 8 travelers. We also offer private tours for an additional fee. If you're traveling with a larger group, please contact us for special arrangements.
